What We Provide
Our Report Our reports are specifically tailored to meet our client’s needs. For structural or problem evaluations, we usually include our observations, comments about them, and a conclusion that summarizes our findings and opinions. As appropriate, photographs are included. For Property Condition Assessments and Condominium Reserve Studies, we provide a detailed narrative report that discusses the types of components, current physical condition, and short-term repair or maintenance needs. All reports are prepared in an easy to read format to help you gain an understanding of the condition or property we evaluated. Our Plans Our plans are prepared in accordance with the standard of care typically provided by engineers serving in a similar capacity. Our plans are prepared using DataCad software and we can provide reproducible drawings, hard copy drawings, blue prints, or drawings on disk if needed for submission to a government authority or for a client’s files. Our Expertise We encourage our customers to come with us on the inspection, to ask us questions during the inspection, and to take full advantage of our knowledge.
